Through my understanding of strategies to support full participation of students with a disability I have been able to design and implement teaching activities that support the participation and learning of students with disability and address relevant policy and legislative requirements. I have altered my teaching and lesson plans to suit students on an individual needs basis where possible, in order to enhance their learning. I am confident in my ability to be able to meet each students individual learning needs in any class I may teach in the future.
